Apple unveiled the all-new Apple Pencil and Magic keyboard which are both compatible with the new iPad Air and iPad Pro. The Apple Pencil Pro with initiative gestures smoothies the iPad experience whereas the magic keyboard is thinner and lighter than ever.
Apple Pencil Pro Features:
Apple has included a new sensor in the barrel that detects a user’s squeeze. A simple squeeze on the PencilPro brings up a tool palette, allowing you to quickly switch between tools and line weights, as well as colors. The Pencil Pro also includes a custom built-in haptic engine that enhances intuitive gestures such as squeezing and double tapping.
In addition, there is a built-in gyroscope that can be rolled over to give users precise control over the tool they are using. According to Apple, rotation of the barrel will change the orientation of shaped pen & brush tools, as well as pen & paper, says the company.
Apple Pencil Pro also brings the first-ever Find My support to the Apple Pencil. This feature helps users find their Apple Pencil if it gets lost. It pairs with the iPad Pro, charges it, and stores it on the side via the new magnetic interface on the iPad Pro. Priced at ₹ 11,900.
iPad Pro Magic Keyboard features
Apple has slimmed down the Magic Keyboard, but it still has the same floating design. There is something new in the function row that allows you to access features such as screen brightness, and volume controls. The Magic Keyboard’s trackpad now becomes larger, and Apple says it’s now more responsive with haptic feedback.
Magnetically fastens the new Magic Keyboard, and Smart Connector provides power and data connectivity without the need for Bluetooth. The aluminium machined hinge also includes USB-C for charging, as per the previous generation of Magic Keyboard.
Available in Black with Space Black Aluminium Aluminium Palm Rest, and White with Silver Aluminium Palm Rest.
