The processor of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is finally going to put all doubts to rest. A leak on Geekbench confirms that the tablet is going to dump Qualcomm and roll out with MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9300+ chip.

This story comes at the tail of earlier speculations that said the whole Tab S10 lineup will migrate to the chips offered by MediaTek. While the appearance of the Tab S10 Plus on Geekbench with the Dimensity 9300+ made those rumors relevant again, many were wondering about the ultra-high-end Ultra model.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has been spotted on Geekbench, confirming it will not include Qualcomm and will be equipped with MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9300+ processor. This aligns with earlier rumors suggesting the entire Tab S10 series would switch to MediaTek.

The leak reveals the Tab S10 Ultra packs 12GB of RAM and runs Android 14. Performance-wise, it scored well on Geekbench, hinting at impressive capabilities. However, details on design and other features remain under wraps, although rumors suggest a similar look to its predecessor with a retained 14.6-inch display.
