iQOO 13 was recently spotted at Geekbench certifications and we have its Geekbech scores as well beating the overclocked version of Snapdragon 8 gen 4 in Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra. One of the most powerful Android device to be launched by the end of October. Check out all its specifications, launch timing, and Geekbench scores in this brief article below:
iQOO 13 Specifications and SD 8 Gen 4 Clock Speed:
The Geekbench listing also confirms the previously rumored 6+2 core architecture, where the latter is focused on performance. All six power-efficiency cores reach up to 3.53GHz, while the performance cores can reach up to 4.3GHz, considerably higher than the predecessor.
Regarding gaming performance, the chip was thought to offer a GPU capability that was up to 56% better compared to its predecessor.
The chipset comes with a new core architecture, but it is too early to discuss its power efficiency solely based on the much more efficient 3nm process node. But that aside, the phone would pack a humongous 6,150mAh battery, up from the iQOO 12’s 5,000mAh, which in turn would ensure a battery life significantly longer than that of its predecessor. This comes with support for 100W PD/PPS charging.
The phone sports a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display on the front; it uses the latest luminescent material from BOE and promises higher brightness and more accurate color reproduction.
For the software experience, users will be interacting with Vivo’s Android 15-based OriginOS 5 skin offering much smoother animations, a more functional ‘Atomic Island,’ and Vivo’s self-developed AI assistant.

iQOO 13 GeekBench Scores and Availability:
The phone appeared on Geekbench with single-core and multi-core scores of 3072 and 9518, respectively. Compared with the leak a few days ago for the Galaxy S25 Ultra on Geekbench, its single-core score is almost identical, while the multi-core score is higher. The S25 Ultra scored 9080 points.
You should also note that the S25 Ultra is running an overclocked “For Galaxy” version of the chipset. The higher performance draws more attention to how effective iQOO 13’s newly redesigned heat dissipation system actually is company officials had spoken of that earlier.
iQOO 13 is confirmed to launch towards the end of October, possibly just after the launch of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip.
